Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bishandayal Jewellers, we want you to be delighted with every piece you purchase. Each jewellery item is carefully crafted and inspected, but in the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we have a fair and transparent return and exchange process.


Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following conditions:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: We require a clear opening/unboxing video of the parcel, showing the packaging being opened and the defect visible in the product.

  • Time Frame:

    • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a defective or damaged product.

    • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Product: Items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags, certificates (if applicable), and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery.

    • Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged by the customer.

  • Size Issues: Please carefully check sizes (rings, bangles, bracelets) before purchase. We do not accept returns or refunds for size-related issues.


Exceptions

  • Defective or Wrong Product Sent: If verified, we will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund.

  • Customer-Damaged Items: Products damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or alterations by the customer will not be eligible.

  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, except when the product is defective or shipped in error.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Email bishandayaldkt@gmail.com or call +91 92745 40145 within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Assessment: Share the unboxing video with our team for review.

  3. Approval: If the defect is confirmed, our team will issue a Return Authorization within 2–5 working days and guide you through the process.


Refund & Exchange Options

Once the returned product is received and verified, you may choose from the following:

  • Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchange: Replacement of the same item or exchange with another item of equal value (subject to availability) within 7–10 business days.

  • Store Credit: Issued for future purchases, valid for use on our website/store.

Refunds will only be initiated after we have received and inspected the returned product.
